SEASONAL FLU CAMPAIGN

We are now booking appointments for our flu clinics. If you are over 65 or in one of the ‘at risk’ groups, please contact the surgery to book an appointment. The ‘at risk’ groups are those suffering from any of the following conditions:

• diabetes
• COPD
• severe asthma
• bronchitis
• chronic heart disease
• chronic kidney disease
• chronic liver disease
• stroke
• TIA
• polio syndrome
• weakened immune system due to conditions such as HIV or AIDS or treatments that suppress the immune system such as chemotherapy
  
  It is also recommended that all pregnant women have the flu vaccination as well.
