Although the surgery is open on a Wednesday afternoon, from 2pm this is mainly for appointments booked with the practice nurse and for the Teenage Clinic. Teenage Clinic is a service provided for people aged 12-22 years who are able to drop in to the surgery to see a doctor or nurse or by pre-booking an appointment. In order to offer them a more confidential environment, we would request that you leave the collection of prescriptions until after 5:30pm. Telephone calls are dealt with as normal and Calow Surgery is open for normal appointments. Thank you for your assistance in helping our teenagers.

The Surgery is closed one afternoon per month for training and development. This will usually be the 2nd Wednesday of the month; notification of the dates are displayed on the outside door at each surgery.
